Full payment is due before the start of the recording session, unless otherwise agreed upon. 2. Studio Usage: a. The studio will be made available to clients strictly during the agreed-upon time slot. b. Any additional time required beyond the booked session must be approved by the studio and may be subject to additional charges. c. The client is responsible for any damage caused to the studio premises or equipment during their session and will be liable for repair or replacement costs. 3. Cancellation and Rescheduling: a. Cancellations made less than 48 hours prior to the scheduled session will result in the forfeiture of the deposit. b. Rescheduling requests must be made at least 48 hours in advance and are subject to availability. c. The studio reserves the right to cancel or reschedule a session due to unforeseen circumstances or technical issues. In such cases, a full refund or alternative booking will be offered. 4. Personal Belongings and Security: a. The studio does not take responsibility for any loss, theft, or damage to personal belongings brought into the premises. b. Clients are responsible for ensuring the security of their personal belongings during their session. 5. Conduct and Safety: a. Clients must conduct themselves in a professional and respectful manner at all times while on the studio premises. b. The use of illegal substances or any behavior that compromises the safety or well-being of others is strictly prohibited. c. Clients must follow all safety guidelines and instructions provided by the studio staff. 6. Confidentiality: a. The studio respects the privacy and confidentiality of its clients' recordings and will not share or distribute them without prior consent. b. Clients are responsible for ensuring the confidentiality of their own work and should take appropriate measures to protect their intellectual property. 7. Intellectual Property: a. Clients retain all rights to their original compositions and recordings. b. The studio may request permission to use excerpts or samples of the client's recorded material for promotional purposes, subject to the client's approval. 8. Technical Limitations: a. While the studio endeavors to provide high-quality recordings, technical limitations may affect the final outcome. b. The studio will not be held liable for any dissatisfaction arising from technical limitations beyond its control. 9. Disclaimer and Liability: a. Clients use the studio facilities and services at their own risk. The studio will not be held responsible for any loss, injury, or damage incurred during the session. b. The studio will not be liable for any consequential, indirect, or incidental damages arising from the use of its facilities or services. 10. Amendments and Termination: a. The studio reserves the right to amend these terms and conditions at any time. Any changes will be effective immediately upon posting on the studio's website or notifying clients. b. The studio reserves the right to terminate a client's session or deny access to its facilities if the client fails to comply with these terms and conditions or engages in any illegal or disruptive behavior.
